The lowest published EOR price we found is RemoFirst at US$199 per employee per month. The next cheapest are Pebl (formerly Velocity Global) and Playroll at US$399. At the top of the published range, Oyster and Remote list US$699.
Rippling and Safeguard Global don't publish an EOR price, so they aren't ranked. Prices were checked on each provider's own pricing page, most recently on 8 October 2026. See the EOR pricing tracker for the change log.
Prices are per employee per month in US dollars and exclude salary, employer costs, benefits, deposits and add-ons. Order is by price, not a recommendation.

The gap between the lowest and highest published prices is US$500 a month, or US$6,000 per employee per year. That matters, but other parts of the bill can be as large:
- Billing terms. Some prices assume annual billing. Multiplier, for example, publishes a lower rate billed annually than billed monthly.
- How the price is built. Some providers add a country rate on top of a platform fee, so the headline isn't the full fee.
- Deposits. Many providers hold a refundable deposit, often one or more months of employment cost. It isn't a cost, but it ties up cash.
- Currency conversion. A margin on converting your payment into local currency is rarely shown as a separate fee.
- Setup, offboarding and add-ons. One-off fees, benefits packages and extra modules can change the total.
- Country. A starting price is usually the lowest rate. Ask for the rate in the country you're hiring in.
Statutory employer costs normally outweigh the difference between EOR fees. In Australia, for a A$110,000 salary, super, payroll tax and workers' compensation come to about A$20,042 a year before any EOR fee. That is paid whichever provider you choose.
So choose on fit first (the countries you need, whether the provider employs through its own entity, benefits and support), then compare price between the providers that fit. See employer costs by country.
- Ask every provider for an itemised quote for the same role, salary and country.
- Confirm billing terms (monthly or annual) and whether the price includes the country rate.
- Ask about the deposit, setup and offboarding fees, and the FX margin.
- Ask whether the provider employs through its own entity in that country or a partner.
- Check employer costs on the quote against official rates in our country guides.
